These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Direct QM and its clients in the process of buying and selling
residential properties. By engaging the services of Direct QM, the client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Scope of Services
Direct QM agrees to provide professional services to assist clients in buying or selling residential properties. This includes, but is not
limited to, property valuation, market analysis, property marketing, negotiations, and facilitation of the transaction process.
Client's Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property they wish to sell or the type of property they are looking
to buy. Clients also agree to cooperate with Direct QM and respond promptly to requests for information or documentation.
Agent's Obligations
Direct QM agrees to act in the best interests of the client and to exercise due diligence and care in providing the services. The agent
will keep the client informed about the progress of the transaction and provide regular updates.
Fees and Commissions
The fees and commissions for Direct QM's services are to be determined and agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any
services. Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees and commissions upon successful completion of the transaction.
Confidentiality
Both Direct QM and clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the
business relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, financial information, personal details, and property-related information.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client agrees to
compensate Direct QM for any services rendered up to the date of termination.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith
negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the real
estate services are provided.
Opt-Out
Clients have the option to opt out of the services provided by Direct QM at any time by providing written notice. However, any services
rendered up to the date of the opt-out notice shall be subject to compensation as agreed upon in the initial terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Direct QM, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these
terms and conditions.
By continuing to use the services provided by Direct QM, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to be bound by them.
